OSY Balance Boards are custom-made right here in the Ozarks. Each board is made when ordered. I shared a little announcement through my monthly email and I had our first preorders made before the launch date. HOW FREAKING EXCITING!!!
You may be asking yourself what is a balance board? OSY balance board is 6 ½ ft. long and 24 inches wide with rounded runners underneath to create an unstable base. Giving the effect of a paddleboard on water. You can use this board in the comfort of your own home, outside, or a studio. It’s made to be mobile. Remember to practice at your own risk.
Ok, now that you know what it is let’s get into the benefits of it. OSY Balance Boards stimulate the entire body, heightening awareness. The core of the boards is for balance, strengthening, and awareness. The goal is to improve your balance, strengthen the core, and increase your awareness.
