Public Water Access to Table Rock Lake.
Are you ready to dive in? Table Rock Lake is not only clean & clear, but it’s surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks. You may see deer grazing along the shore, a family of ducks following you, or turtles peeking their heads up at you. The summer days are long and the stars shine bright at night. Now, you may ask where can I go swimming or put my paddleboard in. Here I’m sharing a list of public lake access around Table Rock Lake. Grab a pin and paper to take notes.
· Moonshine Beach - Beautiful, relaxing, and easy access. You can find a boat ramp there as well. There is a small cost.
· Table Rock State Park – You can find plenty of shorelines to access the lake. There is also a pavilion.
· Jakes Point – There is limited parking, but easy to get to. There is no restroom.
· Joe Bald Park – This area is no longer maintained, but it has good lake access and a boat ramp.
· Longcreek Campground – For a small fee and a carload, you can have access to swim. There is a food truck nearby.
· Cricket Creek – You’ll find this little swimming hole to be surrounded by the beautiful, Ozark Mountains. For a small fee, you can enjoy yourself on their beach. Bring your paddleboard and a fishing board.
· Dewy Short Visitor Recreation Center – There are plenty of shorelines to swim, hit the trail for a couple of mile run, or chill by the water.
There are several other locations of course. These are locations that I have personally been to. I hope that this has helped navigate you in the right direction. Hope to see you at one of my standup paddleboard classes and happy swimming.
